Visual Development and Illustration

Hi! I’m a visual development artist and illustrator, based in New York, with a passion for creating worlds and telling stories through pictures. I am a person of many hats, and not just literally! I love a variety of topics, and just want to bring about some occasional whimsy to the world. I earned my BFA in illustration at the Rhode Island School of Design.

In my visual development work I specialize in beat paintings, colour scripts, and colour keys. Translation: I love a sweeping landscape, a quiet contemplative moment, or an intense character action scene!

In illustration I make book covers and spreads, greeting cards, packaging, posters and more. I like to think it’s just a coincidence that I have various Christmas related illustrations but I’m starting to think that I just like Christmas…

On my free time I like to either plein air paint, play dnd with my friends (my character is a literal Onion who is also a wizard) or go swing dancing!
