Visual Development and Illustration

Enya Zheng

Hi! I’m a visual development artist and illustrator, based in Greater Vancouver, with a passion for creating worlds and telling stories through pictures. I love a variety of topics, as long as it’s heartfelt, fun or authentic, and just want to bring about some occasional whimsy to the world. I earned my BFA in illustration at the Rhode Island School of Design.

In my work I specialize in environments, colour scripts, early vis dev, key visuals and prop designs. I love a sweeping landscape, a quiet contemplative moment, or an intense character action scene! I’m passionate about painting, colour, and texture in my work and am always excited about stylization!

On my free time I enjoy plein air painting, playing dnd (my character is a literal Onion), swing dancing, streaming, or simply working on more personal projects!
